Job Scope

  • Manage commercial client's portfolio including financing application, processing credit propositions, conducting credit review, marketing and cross selling of other Bank's product
  • Prospect new accounts and maintaining existing clients
  • Build rapport and networking development in client's organization
  • Provide support and advice to potential customer on business model, project financing and deal structures
  • Monitor overall facility utilization and profitability of assigned portfolio
  • Identify customer needs and capture new financing as well as cross selling opportunity
  • Negotiate the best margins to optimize account profitability
  • Provide training and coaching to branches in order to maximize the quality of credit report at the respective region

Requirement 

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Islamic Banking or equivalent
  • Proven working experience in business/commercial/corporate banking required, min 3 to 5 years of experience and able to guide branches
  • Exceptional spoken and written both in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
  • Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
