Job Scope 

  • To ensure all transactions performed are in compliance with Bank’s guidelines and policies. 
  • To focus on team sales targets, work in a sales environment and fulfill customer satisfaction standards. 
  • To up-sell foreign exchange currencies and cross sell banking products. 
  • To assist current and potential customers in their banking needs. 
  • To attend customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints. 
  • To develop and build long-term relationship with customers. 
  • Manage offsite BDC. 

Requirements 

  • Diploma holder’s in any discipline. 
  • SPM holders with a minimum 2 years of working experience preferably in Retail Sales/ Customer Service. 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
  • Must be well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Ability to speak Mandarin or any other third language would be an added advantage. 
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. 
  • Friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. 
  • Must be willing to work on shift hours. 
  • Self-motivated. 
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
