Job Scope

Strategy Planning

  • Lead, guide and ensure the branch meets their KPI as per directive from Management is achieved
  • Responsible to improve and drive the performance of the Branch, in-charge of sales revenue and effective cost administration
  • Ensure overall Branch operations run smoothly and in compliance with the guidelines set by the management and administration of the law

Sales Management

  • Plan, evaluate and improve for development of the Branch and continuously monitor the progress of banking performance and operations
  • Coordinate and manage any sub-premises to achieve the business target (if any)
  • Set, review and communicate sales target to all levels of staff across the Branch
  • Develop and maintain a network of Business contacts, especially SME customers

People Management

  • Ensure that the Planning and Development of Human Resources in the Branch and sub-premises are strategically planned and executed
  • Responsible for reporting on developments relating to the business to the Branch and Regional Director


Customer Service Management

  • Assist and ensure staff offers high-quality customer service and encourage cultural practices PATRIOT
  • Maintain a good understanding of Business Centre and other departments in all areas of operations
  • Resolve customers’ complaints and attend to requests in a timely manner



  • Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures e.g Anti-Money Laundering Act
  • Nurture compliance culture and risk awareness at Branch level
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Management and Regional Director from time to time


  • Degree in Business Studies/other related disciplines with 3 years banking operations or any equivalent
  • Proven track record in Branch sales, operations, customer service and extensive credit knowledge
  • Certified Credit Professional/other relevant certification is an added advantage
  • Able to meet deadlines and set objectives in an effective manner
  • Go-getter, high levels of energy and continuously looking for measures of improvement
