Job Scope

  • Answer inbound calls, respond and resolve request related to medical policy, guarantee letters, reimbursement claims, appeals and investigation as per company's standards and guidelines
  • Reply emails related to claim, investigation and admission enquiries
  • Support Care Coordinators in Guarantee Letter issuance
  • Ensure agreed customer service standards are consistently met

Requirement

  • Possess tertiary qualification in any discipline
  • With at least 1-2 years of working experience. Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good knowledge in Guarantee Letter Issuance would be an added advantage
