Job scope

  • Liaise with Customers & Buyers & Suppliers
  • Receiving and placing telephone calls
  • Coordinate for on time delivery (JIT)
  • To handle Sales Order processing
  • Handling amendment order’s
  • Attend to any customer problems, complaints, suggestion and favours promptly
  • Coordinate daily delivery schedule
  • Prepare Quotation , CN/DN
  • Prepare PDM for customer new model
  • Generate outstanding delivery report
  • Control inventory through ageing report and daily stock planning
  • Do monthly closing for consignment’s customers
  • Perform internal quality checks

Skills required

  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration/Marketing
  • Preferably those with minimum 1-3 years of related working experience in customer service field is an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Computer literate, good in report writing and presentation
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin language
  • Fresh graduates who are looking for challenges and with high motivation are encouraged to apply
  • Willing to work at Banting (near KLIA, Sepang)
