The Bank is the main distribution franchise for the Hong Leong Financial Group. In 2011, Hong Leong Bank completed the merger with EON Bank Group, making the enlarged entity the country’s fourth largest banking group.
The Bank today serves its customers through a network of over 300 branches and Sales Centres, 39 Business Centres throughout Malaysia and 1 branch each in Singapore and Hong Kong, 2 branches in Vietnam (Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City), more than 1400 self-service terminals and a full service Call Centre. For wealth management services, the Bank offers 16 Priority Banking Centres and offshore Private Banking Centres. The Bank also offers Hong Leong Online, Hong Leong Phone Banking and Hong Leong Mobile Banking services as well as various electronic payment capabilities including cross-border ATM services.
