Job Scope

  • Support and maintain complex wide management system such as ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 or any other system through proper planning and communication of activities and to ensure compliance with the standards and continue system certification.
  • Plan & execute management system process audits and identify areas for improvement based on the results of the audit to ensure consistent implementation of a management system and improvement in the system performance.
  • Coordinate and assist in external audit (customer or regulatory bodies) to ensure company system meeting the standard and achieve maximum satisfaction.
  • Participate as lead assessor/auditor in internal audits to ensure the audit is effectively carried out, systems and documentations are implemented and maintained in accordance with standard requirements.
  • Plan and implement unscheduled audits on critical areas where problems or discrepancies arise from deviations from standard practice or apparent non-compliance to procedures or policy to ensure continued compliance and observation of standard operating procedures, policies.
  • Establishing, implementing and maintaining an effective and efficient Technician Module Certification program for all Manufacturing Operating plants to ensure optimum qualified technician manning at each operating plant at all times.
  • Support improvement project (TPM) and cost improvement and initiatives to improve system performance and cost reduction.
  • Assist in review and justify the EQS section expenditures through a yearly proposal of budget and proper control and monitor monthly budget variance to ensure the EQS expenditures are within the budget.
  • Maintain and act as Administrator of Honeywell RTDB Graphics (Uniformance Insight) advance Process control software and data are properly maintain and control to prevent unauthorised change without proper approval.
  • To act independently, initiative and demonstrate high willingness in handling task and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Safety and Environment, mechanical, electrical, chemical or any related.
  • Preferably 2 years working experience; added advantage with relevant experience in driving plant manufacturing improvement program (5S, TPM, Lean and Six Sigma, ISO/OHSAS) with
  • sound track record.
  • Fresh graduates maybe considered provided the incumbent possesses good academic result and has good communication and analytical skills.
