Responsibilities

  • Call customers for payment and follow up on delinquent accounts

  • Work with customers to solve payment problems and make workable repayment arrangements

  • To carry out collection and recovery activities that are in compliance with BNM guidelines

  • To meet the monthly KPI set by the management

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma holder OR 1 year working experience with related fields

  • Malaysian Citizen

  • Candidate must be able to start immediately
