Responsibilities

  • The primary role and responsibility of the Management Trainee - Actuarial Qualification Programme is to participate the on-the-job training, development plan, and project to acquire technical and practical knowledge, competencies and expertise. Selected candidate will receive on-the-job training and perform duties in the identified departments such as Actuarial, Product Management, Risk Management & Compliance and Strategic Planning. The on-the-job rotation includes coaching, mentoring, continuous assessment and feedbacks from the mentors in the respective departments. Upon completion of the programme, you will be placed in the department that best suits you.

Requirements

  • Possesses a good honour Degree and/ or Master Degree in the Actuarial Study with minimum CGPA of 3.5 from a well-recognised University in any discipline

  • Agile, assertive and energetic individual below 26 years old

  • Speak eloquently and strong written English Communication skills

  • Demonstrate teamwork and leadership qualities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong EQ and possesses “Can-Do” attitude

  • Open-minded individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
