Job Scope

  • Plan sales and marketing strategies for the region
  • Execute sales campaigns, initiatives and activities for fee-based products
  • Monitor sales performance by the channels and provide mentoring and solutions for region
  • Initiate business tie ups with corporate customers both government agencies and private for fee-based products
  • Manage and coordinate joint programs with business partners
  • Manage and provide training for sales staff
  • Handling all fee-based products and services inquiries and improve turnaround time for services
  • Preparation of  fee-based reports to be submitted to HQ on weekly/monthly basis
  • Schedule and follow up with appointments including new business appointments
  • Responsible to assist branch staff to sell fee-based and services products
  • As an intermediary between branches and HQ for services division
  • Improve and drive the performance of the Region, in-charge of sales revenue and effective cost administration
  • Manage relationship with government ministries, agencies and corporate customers
  • Ensure the compliant and adherence to the Bank’s, BNM and other related regulators’ procedures and policies
  • Prepare, allocate and monitor Fee Based sales target in their region
  • Strategize action plans to drive Agent Banking segment, Internet Banking (Retail and Business) 

Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • At least 5-7 years working experience in bancassurance
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible, mobile and self-motivated and ability to supervise
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
