Job scope

  • Actively develop and grow the business
  • Ensure timely, accurate and high-quality payroll compliance deliverables
  • Ensure all payroll computations and submissions to authorities comply with statutory requirements
  • Manage and meet all agreed key performance indicators set by clients
  • Plan and implement payroll onboarding activities, payroll processes and other payroll initiatives
  • Provide payroll related advice to client
  • Establish and maintain effective relationship and partnership with clients and team members
  • Supervise and coach team members

Skills required

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other relevant disciplines
  • 1-2 years of payroll experience is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of human resources functions, payroll-related laws and best practices in Malaysia
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong sense of urgency with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Meticulous, resourceful and reliable
  • Numerically inclined with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
