Job Scope


  • Establish rapport with existing and potential institutional and corporate depositor
  • Plan and allocate deposits from institutional and corporate depositor to respective region/branches based on requirement  and internal policy
  • Develop business networking with MOA, corporate sector, government agencies and other related bodies and companies
  • To assist in soliciting Low Cost and High-Cost Deposit from institutional, corporate customer and MOA agencies
  • Monitoring, tracking and supervising on the business performance based on the target given
  • To increase sales volume in terms of quality and amount specified or required by the management
  • Provide assistance to the region/branches in dealing with negotiated rates
  • To ensure full compliance on negotiated rate as per MO 158
  • To monitor all sales activities for the unit
  • To identify opportunities to increase sales of related products and services
  • Cross Selling of the bank fee-based products



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 7 years working experiences in banking industry including 5 years in handling Institutional and Corporate Client
  • Experience in marketing and sales field is required
  • Good written and communication skill
  • Good networking with Institutional & Corporate Customer
  • Basic experience in Banking Operation in an added advantage
  • Strong Communication Skills
