Job scope

  • Responsible for the accurate administration of all HR actions pertaining to Personnel Master Data.
  • HR data reporting, analysis, and maintenance of personnel files in SAP system
  • Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time by carrying out the required processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for coordinating closely with the management and third party information providers as well as service providers to ensure that all data affecting payroll is efficiently captured within established timelines.
  • Maintains data integrity of the payroll database by conducting regular audits and reviews.
  • Ensures compliance with the Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.

Skills required

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of English required (verbal and written)
  • Additional languages (e.g. Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) highly desirable


  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource, Behavioral Science, Psychology or equivalent degree qualifications.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in Payroll processing, or HR Administration experience.
