I am thankful to be a part of MGDP (Marsh Graduate Development Program) as I am able to work in different departments throughout the 2-year program. Working across all of the teams I have, I am assigned a buddy/mentor to assist me in daily operations for each assignment. This mentorship really helps me in understanding the business and the role of an insurance broker.
