As an Office Department Assistant, you will be providing assistance to manager in daily activities or preparing report or any documentation work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to manager in daily activities or preparing report or any documentation work
  • Monitors performance progress
  • Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time
  • Perform administrative and office support activities
  • Coordinate the department activities and operations
  • Data entry and data analysis
  • Receives training and performs duties for the department
  • Perform to achieve department goals and objectives with upper management

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Business Studies/ Administration / Management / Secretarial or equivalent
  • Able to speak in Chinese fluently and Possess own transport will be added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
