Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Baharu for a Credit Card Sales Executive. Responsibilities include promoting and selling credit card products to customers, identifying prospective clients, and building strong relationships to meet sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, managing product inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction through efficient after-sales support. Candidates must be proactive in achieving sales goals while maintaining the company’s professional standards.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills to identify customer needs and close deals effectively
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to provide an excellent client experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in financial services, retail, or relevant roles considered an advantage
- Flexibility to work on-site and engage directly with customers
- High motivation and a results-driven attitude
- A diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
