AGROBANK’S YOUNG TALENT PROGRAM

OUR YOUNG TALENT PROGRAM (YTP) is an early development and exposure initiative to DEVELOP GRADUATES WITH HIGH POTENTIAL INTO BECOMING EXCEPTIONAL FUTURE LEADERS. Through formal and structured training programs including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, YTP plays a crucial role in feeding the resources required for our internal succession planning in order to ensure that the Bank’s vision, mission, goalsand objectives are met.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Malaysian citizens aged below 27
Degree in related discipline with a minimum CGPA 3.25 majoring in Accounting, Shariah, Finance, Agriculture-Related, Economics, Marketing
Self motivated high achievers with dynamic personalities
Sound analytical and critical thinking
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Excellent command of English
