• Lead initiatives to disseminate knowledge through the organization’s operational business processes and systems.
  • Develop platform for sharing of experiences across agro-communities and business partners on innovative approaches in agriculture.
  • Help monitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program, including the need to do benchmarking and program evaluation.
  • Organize the organization’s knowledge sharing program to internal and external audiences, including organization of knowledge sharing events.
  • Maintain communications on knowledge sharing across the organization, participation in orientation and training sessions, and preparation of brochures and presentation.


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Professional qualification or equivalent either in Economics, Finance and Accounting, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • At least 3 years working experience in similar job function. 
  • Familiarity with developing and delivering knowledge sharing programs and information infrastructure will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding in economics, business and statistical analysis.
