Job responsibilities for departments under marketing:

Intern, Partnerships & Marketing

• Provide support on administrative matters, including but not limited to registration of Corporate Agencies, LHDN Stamping.
• Join meetings and take minutes and follow-up on action items with relevant parties
• Assist in preparing slides for presentation / to share with potential partners
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify potential strategic partners and provide support in terms of market research (i.e. market trends)
• Managing online leads to agents - passing leads to agents, tracking of status and conversion
• Coordinate meetings with potential partners / stakeholders

Intern, Marketing Vitality & Customer Strategy Marketing

• Provide support to Vitality Operations and Platforms team in conducting application testing
• Support day-to-day operations such as issue management, membership operations, campaign operations and others.

Requirements

• Background preferred: Marketing, Psychology, Business Admin, Information systems, technology or any related degrees.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00, must be able to work 3 months or longer
• Organised & detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English
• Self-starter who is able to learn on-the-job and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
• Graphic Design & copy writing ability is an added advantage
