Who We Are

AIA Shared Services (AIASS) is a subsidiary of AIA Group Limited (known as ‘AIA’), the largest independent publicly listed pan-Asian life insurance group and a market leader in the Asia-Pacific region for life insurance premiums. AIA has a presence in 18 countries and is recognised for its broad range of innovative insurance products and services.

AIASS was established in May 2009 as a regional hub for AIA Group’s shared services, supporting the company’s insurance and finance operations across different businesses.

Since its establishment, AIASS has grown from strength to strength and today, we consist a workforce of 1200-strong, committed to providing best-in-class services to support the AIA Group’s operations.

Content Developer is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining training materials, programs and knowledge documents for the Training Academy. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts from the business and insurance operations teams to ensure that all training content is accurate, engaging, aligned with industry standards and fit-for-purpose.
