Job Description:

• To visit houses/commercial premises and collect/obtain relevant information.
• To obtain new information from the visiting effort e.g. new contact. number/new address, current condition of plant/factor.
• To visit outstation properties upon instructed.
• Prepare & submit site visit report.
• To prepare daily reports and provide updates on all visitation performed.
• To assist Collection teams’ arrangement with customers when required.
• To deliver/collect documents to/from customers, including reminder letters.
• Undertake other collection duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in collections and site visits.
• Added advantage with site visit experience.
