Private Client Assistant, Private Banking

About the job

  • Respond all clients enquiries, instructions and provide resolution to issues and requests
  • Handle team's non-exhaustive administrative duties including scheduling of an appointment s, correspondences, making travel arrangements, producing presentation materials, etc
  • Assisting in KYC checks and account account openings during onboarding/review process
  • Collaborates closely with Business Management, other Relationship Manager's teams, Investment Management, Capital Market Desk, Back Office, etc
  • Cross Sell Private Banking/other AmBank Group's products and services
  • Handle team's non-exhaustive transactional and relevant duties, such an execution of PCM/client's instructions, ensure documentation completeness etc
  • Other ad-hoc assignments and tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Degree or Master Degree in related industry
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Capital Market Representative License (CMSRL) - Dealing In Securities Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM)
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in Financial Services/Investment
  • Strong interest in servicing and relationship management of UHNW/HNW clients
  • Inspired to ascend to the role Private Client Manager via accelerated path
  • Good basic understanding of financial, investment product and services
  • Excellent in communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Committed to take ownership & highest professional work ethic
