Private Client Assistant, Private Banking
About the job
- Respond all clients enquiries, instructions and provide resolution to issues and requests
- Handle team's non-exhaustive administrative duties including scheduling of an appointment s, correspondences, making travel arrangements, producing presentation materials, etc
- Assisting in KYC checks and account account openings during onboarding/review process
- Collaborates closely with Business Management, other Relationship Manager's teams, Investment Management, Capital Market Desk, Back Office, etc
- Cross Sell Private Banking/other AmBank Group's products and services
- Handle team's non-exhaustive transactional and relevant duties, such an execution of PCM/client's instructions, ensure documentation completeness etc
- Other ad-hoc assignments and tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Degree or Master Degree in related industry
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
- Capital Market Representative License (CMSRL) - Dealing In Securities Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM)
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Financial Services/Investment
- Strong interest in servicing and relationship management of UHNW/HNW clients
- Inspired to ascend to the role Private Client Manager via accelerated path
- Good basic understanding of financial, investment product and services
- Excellent in communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Committed to take ownership & highest professional work ethic
