Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound contacts from internal and external customers on Bank’s products and services by providing accurate information and taking appropriate action based on customer inquiries, request and complaints in a clear, courteous and professional manner. 
  • Manage and handle complaints in professional manner and respond to customers within the required timeline (Complaint Handling Management).
  • Record, escalate, reply & track complaints on products/services features and account related issues in the designated tracking system.

Requirements

  • Possess a Degree in any related fields from a recognised college/university
  • Good communication skills and networking ability
  • Assertive and innovative team player
