You will be responsible, as Takaful Specialist, to ensure the consistency of Takaful business growth by providing sales advisory to the Bank’s clients on Takaful product.

You will be responsible, as Takaful Specialist, to ensure the consistency of Takaful business growth by providing sales advisory to the Bank’s clients on Takaful product.

Responsibilities

  • You will promote and professionally sell Bancatakaful Family products to Bank’s existing and potential clients.
  • You will provide professional advice on appropriate Takaful products based on customers’ needs.
  • You will provide excellent after-sales service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • You will plan and implement sales activities related to Bancatakaful products.
  • You will track leads and carry out follow-up activities with existing and potential clients.
  • You will be required to achieve your individual sales target and to contribute towards the achievement of your branch sales target.
  • You will ensure that sales and services rendered to customers comply with the internal and external policies, guidelines and regulations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business Studies / Banking / Insurance or any related disciplines with necessary relevant licenses.
  • Minimum of 1 or 2 years working experience in Bancassurance or Bancatakaful sales field.
  • Good organisational ability and interpersonal relationship skills to work effectively across functions
  • Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation skills and influencing skills to drive sales.
  • Possession of a valid license and own transport.
