• To plan, execute and manage own marketing and sales activities for Fee Based products to achieve monthly target for Fee Based products.

  • To participate in sales and promotional activities arranged by Regional Office / Head Office.

  • To plan and roll-out visitation schedule to existing customers and engage new customers.

  •  To ensure all branch staff under his/her clusters (assigned branches) has adequate knowledge on Fee Based products to enable them promoting the respective products to customers.

  • Timely preparation of reports on marketing, sales activities and performance to Branch Manager/RCBM / Region Office / Head Office.

  • To visit and provide market updates on Fee Based products to the existing institutions and high net worth customers.


  • Possess a Diploma / Degree in related discipline from a recognised university. Pleasant self-image, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good business acumen.

  • Be an assertive and innovative team player, highly independent, committed, selfmotivated, resourceful and result-oriented.

  • Strong people relation and ability to work with employee and customers in a cooperative manner.
