Executive - Finance
Key responsibilities
- Input and distribute daily billing and collections reports, ensuring accurate updates
- Process and track staff claims and vendor/supplier invoices
- Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations and assist with trade receivables, payables, and payments
- Maintain and update financial records, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required
- Support management with ad-hoc financial tasks, projects, and reporting as needed
Education and professional skills / knowledge
Experience & Education:
- A recognised Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Other skills:
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Meticulous with a sense of urgency and able to work with minimum supervision
- A strong team player with good interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
