Executive - Graduate Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
Campus Recruitment
- Serve as BDO Brand Ambassador in various recruitment engagement such as career fairs, office visits, workshops, and campus-related events with university students
- Assist in the coordination of talent engagement activities with stakeholders including branch offices, university career services, student ambassadors, accounting club committees, etc.
Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing
- Assist in producing high-quality creative content, including posters, short-videos (reels), newsletters, presentation decks, scripts, long-form and shortform copywriting tailored for employer branding and recruitment marketing, with guidance from Branding & Communication specialist
- Collaborate with stakeholders including branch offices, university career services, student ambassadors, accounting club committees, and etc to prepare recruitment marketing materials and monitor distribution of marketing materials
- Ensure all recruitment marketing collaterals (career slides, brochure, job advertisements, etc) are up to date
- Stay up to date with the firm’s hiring needs to assist in producing timely, relevant recruitment content and campaigns
- Update and maintain content library (photos, videos, testimonials, and visuals) for use across multiple platforms and recruitment touchpoints
Employee Engagement
- Assist in producing creative content for EE events including posters, newsletters, email marketing and internal digital signage
- Assist in contributing ideas for EE events’ gimmicks and activities
- Assist in the planning and executing part of EE event and support special projects under EE, or other administrative and ad-hocs tasks, where necessary
Other Responsibilities
- Assist the People & Culture team in execution of various Employee Engagement activities internally
- Provide administrative support for recruitment initiatives, including but not limited to the preparation of payment vouchers and AMLA-related documentation
Education and professional skills / knowledge
Experience & Education
- A recognised degree in Communications, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field, with at least a Second Class Upper or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of relevant working experience; however, fresh graduates with strong interest in graduate recruitment are also encouraged to apply
Other skills
- Demonstrated interest and passion for content creation, with a strong sense of curiosity and creativity
- Creative, adaptable, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly organised in managing tasks and deadlines
- Sharp visual instinct with basic photography and videography skills
- Able to design engaging posters and edit videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Clipchamp, or similar software
- Strong command of both spoken and written English, with excellent communication and writing abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, able to engage confidently with diverse audiences
