Provide 1st Level IT support and troubleshooting of end-user desktop PCs, notebooks, printers and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st Level IT support and troubleshooting of end-user desktop PCs, notebooks, printers and mobile devices
  • Process and provision approved IT service requests
  • Perform installation of new PC including transfer of user data and profile
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of IT assets, hardware and software
  • Perform daily tasks such as monitoring of IT systems health and backup status
  • Maintain documentation of IT problem solving, issues and procedures
  • Assist to maintain and support other IT infrastructure systems such as servers, networking (LAN, WIFI, Internet, etc), Video Conference and PABX
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in IT Helpdesk support
  • Knowledge and experience in: Azure/LANS/WANS; Windows Server Environment; 365, Sharepoint, Microsoft Exchange; Internet Information Services; backup systems; network/ workstation peripherals; print servers; firewalls, spam & antivirus hardware/software; computer hardware
  • Certification of MS-900/AZ-900 is highly advantageous
  • Proactive, resilient, good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude
