Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, support and assist on HR projects/ad hoc assignments as and when required
  • Prepare periodical reports
  • Deliver HR activities with accuracy and effectively to support the business compliance with data integrity
  • Develop good working relationships amongst all internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Preferably candidates with Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field
  • Able to multi-task, well organized, work independently and practice good team work and team collaboration
  • Practice high ethical work confidentiality and able to meet tight deadlines
  • A great “Can do” attitude and ability to propose innovative ideas/ solutions
  • A team player, excellent communication skills (both oral & written) and able to interact effectively with all levels
