Responsibilities

  • To perform monthly payroll processing and to update and maintain all payroll related records;

  • To provide administrative and operational assistance in executing multiple Human Resource functions;

  • To ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory deductions and contributions;

  • To prepare various HR related letters and reports;

  • To perform any other tasks as and when required.

Requirements

  • Possess Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent;

  • Minimum 1-2 years of related working experience;

  • Good working knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements and prevailing human resource practices;

  • Proficient in HRMS / payroll software system and Microsoft office applications;

  • Strong command of both spoken and written English;

  • Attention to details, good numerical, spreadsheet and data entry skills;

  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with and high level of integrity;

  • Self-starter, resourceful, service oriented and able to work independently and in teams.
