Responsibilities

  • Provide and handle all secretarial and administrative duties.

  • Manage and arrange work schedule, travelling arrangement and accommodation.

  • Undertake special ad-hoc assignments as and when needed.

Requirements

  • Possess a Certificate/Diploma in Business Studies/Secretaryship or its equivalent.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.

  • Strong command of spoken and written English.

  • Familiar with Microsoft office.

  • Mature, alert, proactive and able to work independently.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment.
