Job Scope 

  • Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints on the Bank’s products and services efficiently.
  • Process customers’ transactions accurately in accordance to the set procedures and guidelines.
  • Deliver world class 24-hours telephone customer service in a consistent and professional manner.
  • Cross sales of bank’s products.

Requirements 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any field with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Possess good interpersonal, spoken and written communication and customer servicing skills.
  • Ability to learn fast, multi-task and comfortable with learning new products and system applications.
  • Must be willing to work on 24-hour-rotation shift.
