Responsibilities

  • To assist the Manager in achieving the recruitment objectives by developing local and national recruiting plan, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
  • Coordinate and implement college/university recruitment initiatives and recruitment roadshows.
  • To help the Manager to arrange the pre-screening interviews.
  • To assist the Manager to train and couch the new agents, evaluate their sales and monitor their progression.
  • Assist in preparing; setting up; coordinating any training organized by the Company

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Confident, intelligent, independent, target-oriented and resourceful
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
