A day in the life

My days at Crystal International are never the same, but that's what keeps me thriving! After completing the 1-month orientation to understand about garment manufacturing end-to-end process, I have had the opportunities to rotate in different teams under sales & merchandising function which includes factory merchandising, costing, and analysing the market data etc. The variety fuels my curiosity and expands my skillset. But it's not just about ticking tasks off a list; it's about being part of a passionate team that brings innovative apparel to life, stitch by stitch. It's an adventure in the world of garment manufacturing.
