• To assist in leasing and tenancy administration and facilities management of Menara Weld and The Weld Shopping Centre (“the property”)

  • To market and improve occupancy of the property

  • To assist in improving the revenue and controlling cost of the property

  • To liaise with outsourced vendors to manage tenants’ and customers’ feedback/ requests

  • To coordinate on operation matters of the property and liaise with facility management team on outlet renovations

  • To conduct market survey of office buildings

  • To assist in debt recovery of the tenants

  • To assist in preparation of management reports (Excel spreadsheet, PowerPoint presentation, etc.) and other ad-hoc reports


  • You should have a minimum qualification of a Bachelor Degree, preferably in real estate management

  • You should have at least 2 years of experience in the areas related to property management, operations and leasing of properties and tenancy administration

  • You should be familiar with the retail and office market

  • Knowledge in building operations, maintenance, market rental rates and tenancy terms

  • Willing to work after office hours if and when necessary
