• Perform all work related to agency application registration, termination and suspension.
  • Assist in stamping of Agency Agreement and letter of Guarantee.
  • Maintain and update any agency account changes e.g. change of agency name/ change of agents. 
  • Responsible for portfolio transfer/ temporary access.
  • Assist in Motor cover note allocation to business unit / branches.
  • Assist to attending to all incoming enquiries relating to agency matters.
  • Participate, coordinate and contribute to agency related projects and functions.


  • Possess a recognised degree in business management, admin or any other related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Enjoys administrative work such as data entry and filing. 
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Computer-savvy.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn.
