Perform all work related to agency application registration, termination and suspension.
- Perform all work related to agency application registration, termination and suspension.
- Assist in stamping of Agency Agreement and letter of Guarantee.
- Maintain and update any agency account changes e.g. change of agency name/ change of agents.
- Responsible for portfolio transfer/ temporary access.
- Assist in Motor cover note allocation to business unit / branches.
- Assist to attending to all incoming enquiries relating to agency matters.
- Participate, coordinate and contribute to agency related projects and functions.
- Possess a recognised degree in business management, admin or any other related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Enjoys administrative work such as data entry and filing.
- Good communication skills - written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
