Responsibilities

  • To plan, execute and file for agency events / activities

  • To communicate and coordinate with branches on agency engagement

  • To monitor and track on agency benefit expenses and adhere to project budgets

  • To promote agency loyalty/retention through activities such as sales club & benefits

  • To gather market information about latest event management trends and pricing

Requirements

  • Possesses a recognised degree in any field.

  • Must be detailed-oriented.

  • At least 1 year in general insurance environment is preferred.

  • Fresh graduates will also be considered

  • Must have a sense of urgency and ability to work independently.

  • Strong time management and planning skills to manage ongoing demands.

  • Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage
