To attend to customer/agents enquiries via counter and call center
- To attend to customer/agents enquiries via counter and call center.
- Collect premium payment (by Cash,Cheque,Credit Card,Giro).
- Issue insurance contract(Motor and Non-Motor NB, Renewal, End or Cancellation MMIP).
- Handle Bulk Payment submission by direct/indirect customers.
- Update ISM system for No Claim Bonus(NCD) withdrawal/ Cancelation Motor policy.
- Segregate and batch scanning request Slip(SRS) documents for scanning on daily basis.
- To check all proposals and relevant documents on PDPA, AMLA, FSA are all in order before submission for batching.
- Prepare quotation for Plines products.
- Underwrite new business/ renewal submission by customers for standard risk.
- Ensure prompt attention to all telephone and counter enquiries.
- Responsible for delivery of customer service standards-SOP.
- Assume other related responsibility as may be directed by management.
- Tertiary education, in mass communications, business management or any other related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in customer service field.
- However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Professional qualification in insurance is an added advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to converse in mandarin would be an added advantage.
