• Establish initiatives to meet sales strategies & ensure business retention

  • Continuous recruitment of new agents

  • Full responsibility of credit control & premium collection

  • Provide training to agents and other intermediaries

  • Constant social engagement with corporate clients, agents and other intermediaries

  • Accept and underwrite risks within authority limit & guidelines


  • Posseses a recognised Degree in Marketing, Business or any other related discipline

  • Professional qualification in insurance is an added advantage

  • Good communication Skills

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is advantageous

  • Preferably has at least 2 years of working experience in the General Insurance Industry

  • However, fresh graduates will also be considered
