Responsibilities 

  • To provide product and business development support to assigned region/branch agency force to achieve the given sales and contest targets

  • To handle assigned contest/project from preparation, planning, coordinating, executing and monitoring

  • To plan with supporting branch on providing regular product sales concepts updates and motivation to potential agency force

  • To prepare presentation slides for agency engagement, to analyse agency sales activity and productivity, and to prepare necessary budget paper for contest/project

 

Requirements

  • Possess a recognized degree in any discipline, financial planning qualification would be an added advantage

  • A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in the insurance/banking industry is required

  • Ability to converse, read and write in Mandarin would be an added advantage

  • Good presentation, interpersonal, analytical skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel

  • Sound technical knowledge in insurance/financial products

  • Comfortable in facilitating and conducting training

  • Able to manage and deal with agency or customers

  • Flexible in working long hours or weekend and willing to travel
