• To coach Bank sales staffs to build overall insurance competency to market Bancassurance products to Bank customers.

  • To monitor key leading indicators with Team Leaders that lead to achieving KPIs set.

  • Responsible for meeting insurance sales target and for building the insurance business.

  • To assist Bank sales staffs and team leaders in running sales activities / events at branches.

  • Update Bank sales staffs with new products, sales campaigns, competitors’ products and keeping them abreast with the latest developments


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with sales experiences.

  •  At least 3 years of life insurance selling experiences, preferably with Team leader’s experience.

  •  Must possess strong convincing life insurance selling skills, and committed with a desire to achieve targets and goals.

  •  Possess coaching and mentoring experiences with very strong passion to succeed via teamwork.

  • Have strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
