As Customer Service Associate, you will be expected to attend walk-in customers/ agents regarding policy matters and also interpret the need/ request of the customers and provides accurate information and explanations about current and past product.

Responsibilities

  • Attend walk-in customers/ agents regarding policy matters and also interpret the need/ request of the customers and provides accurate information and explanations about current and past product.
  • Deliver quality service to policyholders and agents and meet the minimum rating of the soft skill evaluation.
  • Understand, calculate and explain taxation principles relating to Life Insurance and how they are affected.
  • Answer procedural questions and quotes policy values and disbursement amount
  • Conserve policies through client retention efforts
  • Process data entry, prepare letters and endorsements
  • Approve payment requisitions
  • Ensure Customer Service Centre is well maintained.

Requirements

  • Possess tertiary qualification preferably Degree in Customer Service, Communication, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance or any related disciplines
  • Multi-lingual
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Good decision making, problem analysing and solving skills.
