Responsibilities

  • To conduct data research to identify trends and insights to aid management decision

  • To identify quality customers for campaign targeting and ensuring a healthy conversation for each campaign

  • To collaborate with Product Management team to provide relevant statistical data for product development

  • To conduct post campaign analysis to identify weaknesses and make recommendation for future improvement

  • To manage marketing databases in terms of data structure, variable definitions, extraction criteria and business rules using tools such as PLSQL, SAS, SPSS and Microsoft Excel

Requirements

  • You should have a minimum qualification of a Bachelor Degree in Analytics, Marketing, Statistical Field, Computing & Information Systems, and Computer Science

  • You should have at least 1 year of working experience in basic programming such as PL/SQL

  • Possess strong background in Mathematics and user applications (eg: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel and SPSS)

  • Proficient in SAS, SPSS and data mining would be added advantage

  • Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen
