Introduction

• The Programme is specially designed for fresh graduates, providing talents with immediate exposure that would help to build their professional skills and develop the overall industry expertise. It offers a good opportunity for pursuing a career in the company after completion. As a Young Professional, you will assign to undergo a 24-months rotation among 3 different departments before being assigned to the decided department. On-the-job training and mentorship will be provided from the start of the programme. You'll be given stimulating, hands-on roles, and have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our company values.
• 24 months’ program designed to nurture/grow the young talent, developing the leaders with us, whilst continually strengthen our branding.
• Young Professional shall be assigned to other departments to develop business knowledge and leadership; skills, as talent pipeline to grow and develop with us.
• Young Professional will be assigned to projects.

Requirements

• Final year university students completed final semester with a bachelor’s degree of CGPA 3.50 or fresh graduates who have worked for one year from any background.
• Excellent record of extra-curricular achievements
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Strong team orientation, independent, leadership oriented.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sepang.
