Keysight Technologies, Inc. provides electronic design and test solutions to commercial 5G communications, networking, aerospace, defence and government, automotive, energy, semiconductor, electronic, education, and Internet of Things (IOT) industries in the Americas, Europe, and the Asia Pacific. With its HP and Agilent legacy, Keysight Technologies, Inc. was incorporated in 2014 and headquartered in Santa Rosa, California and has 13,000 employees who serve their customers dedicatedly in more than 100 countries globally. Having worked through Keysight’s Leadership Model (KLM) - the company’s enabler to continuously deliver greater value to customers, shareholders, and employees, Keysight Technologies has shown continuous positive growth in revenue and most of the key business results. Keysight Technologies Malaysia has had a long presence in Penang, Malaysia since 1972 and the workforce has grown to about 2,900 employees today. The company maintains a dynamic environment where employees can drive customer success, act with an innovative mindset, and thrive in their careers. With the effort to keep employees engaged and energized to continue to be productive, high-performing individuals that add value to the company and society, Keysight Technologies Malaysia organizes various activities to promote the work-life integration philosophy, sponsor various STEM activities as well as create initiatives that bring positive impact to the community. The work-life integration activities include the fun and engaging activities organized through People Connect Community, Keysight Got Talent, M2Fest, and Tour de Keysight. Some of the STEM-related activities that we organized and sponsored comprise of Keysight After School, Introducing a Student to Engineering, Introducing a Girl to Engineering, Innovate Malaysia Design Competition and Penang International Science Fair. During the current pandemic, Keysight Technologies Malaysia intensified the effort to alleviate the impact with its holistic corporate social responsibility (CSR) approach by donating funds and resources like COVID-19 test kits, medical supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and everyday necessities to support the needs of medical frontliners, security forces, charitable homes, and at-risk communities.
