HR Executive

Job Description 

  • To manage full spectrum of recruitment process which included job advertisements posting, shortlisting candidates, arrange interview and selection. reference check etc.
  • To prepare the related documents for recruitment process and onboarding activities such as Appointment Letter, Pre-employment Check-Up Letter and etc.
  • Prepare HR related reports such as Monthly headcount report and update Organization Chart.
  • Performs any other related duties as and when assigned by Superior.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field.
  • Preferably Executive specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written.
