Compounding Executive
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the proper preparation of chemical dispersions and latex compounding, ensuring the correct chemical composition is added.
- Responsible for the proper preparation and stock level monitoring of production line chemicals required by the production process.
- Monitor the stock levels and usage of all latex and compounding chemicals, and trigger orders when necessary.
- Ensure that incoming latex and chemicals meet the approved specifications.
- Verify that all testing for compounding materials, production line chemicals, intermediates, or finished products is correct and within specifications.
- Ensure that all documentation and testing methods comply with ISO 9002, EN 46002, ASTM, SMG, and AS specifications.
- Supervise compounding subordinates to ensure that instructions, rules, and regulations are strictly followed.
- Conduct product improvement programs (R&D) when necessary.
- Coordinate with production personnel in troubleshooting programs related to product quality.
Requirements/ Qualification:
- The candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of work experience in a related field.
- Ability to lead and train subordinates.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good discipline and positive attitude.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
- Ability to work independently.
