Job Scope

  • Process  the registration of new/review/obsolete controlled documents into LP system.
  • Ensure that controlled documents and records are maintained and the system is in place for identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time, and disposition.
  • Assist in organizing annual management review  and monthly performance review, compile all required data, and act as minutes takers.


  • Bachelor Degree in Total Quality Management, Safety & Health Management, Environmental Management System or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in management system especially on ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 (at least one of them) and had experience in the implementation and maintenance of these standard, experience as a Quality Management System Executive or CMS Executive would be an added advantage.
  • Preferably good command in written and spoken English language,
  • basic computer knowledge (e.g. word, excel, power point, outlook,..), ability to assert oneself, experience in an international company a plus point.
