Responsibilities

  • Provide executive & administrative support to the CEO in all areas of his work & responsibilities

  • Assist CEO to follow up on agreed tasks and deadlines after meetings & discussions with internal & external stakeholders

  • Assist CEO to set up, draft and/or edit speeches, business proposals, presentations or any documentation as required

  • Manage scheduling, coordination and prioritisation of the CEO’s calendar to ensure most effective time utilisation

  • Organise all of CEO’s travel related schedule, logistics and accommodation where required

  • Act as liaison for the CEO and help to maintain good relationship & connection with key stakeholders.

  • Support CEO on any ad hoc projects or business requests that may arise from time to time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 

  • Candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience/ background may apply  

  • Critical thinking & analytical in nature with problem-solving skills

  • Motivated individual, resilient and able to take on challenges 

  • Confident candidate with strong interpersonal skills

  • Approachable and a good service orientation

  • Able to multitask and juggle multiple priorities under time pressure, while maintaining a good attention to detail

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, able to write speeches well 

  • Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Good command of Mandarin and/or Chinese dialects will be an advantage
