Marsh and McLennan Companies (MMC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Kuala Lumpur Shared Services Operations Office in Q Sentral:

IT ServiceDesk Executive (Cantonese)

We will count on you to

  • Responsible to maintain user access in the system namely creation, deletions and amendments of insurers, brokers and end users.
  • Provide first level support to ClearSight/iClaims users (Internal / External Business / Operation Teams) via calls or emails
  • Use incident ticketing tool to track and manage all the calls and emails received from the business
  • Investigate any reported system incidents and escalate as necessary while follow through to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Manage the administration of user access, claims and policies while ensuring Claims Helpdesk SLA are met.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Run business report from ClearSight/iClaims while supporting ad-hoc tasks assigned.

What you need to have

  • Preferably a degree holder preferably in Information Technology (IT)
  • 2-3 years working experience in a Contact Centre/ Helpdesk/ Customer Service environment
  • Computer literate with good troubleshooting skills to assist end users with any technical issues experienced with claims operation system
  • Proficient in MS Office (Pivot Table, Excel Formulas, PowerPoint and Words)
  • Ability to understand, speak, read and write English is required
  • Ability to converse in Cantonese, read and write Chinese is required
